Can I cancel my services with Conservice?

Can I reduce or remove the service fee?

  • No. The fee is calculated for calculating and providing a billing statement each month. This fee is similar to service fees that you would see from a utility provider for their billing services.

How can I avoid the convenience fee when making a payment?

  • The best way to avoid this is to set up your account for autopay. Autopay will draft your total due on the due date of your bill each month, ensuring that no late fees are accrued.
  • Sending a physical check or money order, or using your bank's Bill Pay program if one is available.

Where can I find a copy of my bill?

Can I change the due date of my bill?

  • No. Conservice issues bills for your entire community, or for single family homes, all homes owned by your landlord. Because our bills are calculated and sent en mass, adjusting the due date is not possible.

I'm unable to pay my bill in full. Can I setup a payment plan or payment arrangement?

  • Conservice does not offer payment plans or payment arrangements. However, we will accept any payment you are able to make at any time. If you make payments directly to your leasing office, you will need to check with them on their payment policy. Please be aware that you may be charged late fees if the full balance isn't paid by the due date, regardless of whether payments are made to Conservice or your leasing office. See Where and how to make your utility payments

What can I do if I have a maintenance request?

  • Conservice handles utility billing, and is not on site to assist with anything maintenance related. If you have a maintenance issue or emergency, please reach out to your leasing office or local maintenance team for help.

I already paid a bill last month. Why am I paying for last month's charges again?

Will Conservice ever contact me via phone to make a payment?

  • Conservice will not make an outbound call to you about your account without you reaching out to us first. If you are unsure if you are speaking to a Conservice representative, hang up immediately and call our Customer Service Team at 1-866-947-7379.

Can I transfer my Conservice account to my new address?

  • Because Conservice is a third party billing service, Conservice accounts cannot be transferred between properties. If your new apartment or home uses Conservice, a new account will be opened for you in accordance with your lease agreement. Please note that the two accounts would not be connected and may be for different services or billing methods. See Creating and cancelling your Conservice account
