Conservice believes that making your utility payments should be as easy as possible. Communities that utilize Conservice for their utility billing are able to choose from 2 different options for their residents to pay their utility bills: paying the community or property management (usually along with or added to rent charges) or by paying Conservice directly.
Property Collect:
Some properties elect to manage the balances and payments in house rather than have Conservice manage them. In these cases, Conservice will still calculate the utility charges. Often when utility payments are paid to your leasing office, Conservice will pull rent and other lease related charges from the property's system to print on your bill. This is done for your convenience so that you can know the total amount for rent and utilities that are due.
Because Conservice does not manage balances or payments for these communities, we are unable to offer any information on the status of your balance, if a payment was received, or help making a payment. There is no option on our website to make a payment, but often there is a link to your community portal where you can find more information about your community's payment methods.
Your balance will show on the Conservice website as $0.00, even if you have utility charges on your bill. This is, again, because your balance and payments are not managed by Conservice, and does not mean that there is no balance owed for utilities.
Listed below is an example of what the Conservice website shows if your property has chosen to handle payments in house:

Conservice Collect:
Properties that have requested that Conservice manage payments are classified as "Conservice Collect" properties. This means that not only does Conservice calculate and send bills to residents, but we also manage balances, accept payments, send late notices and collect late fees. There are multiple ways to make payments to your Conservice account.
- Signing up for automatic payments: This can be done online or by sending a voided check back with the bottom portion of your bill. Your account will be set up for autopay which will withdraw from your bank account and be applied to your Conservice account on the due date of your bill. Autopay can only be set up with a bank account and routing number, not a credit or debit card. Please see Autopay terms for more information. There is no convenience fee for this payment method.
- You can also set up Autopay from your online account if you have a bank account already set up. You can view the below video for a walkthrough of how to set that up.
- Automated Payment Line: Calling our payment line at 1-877-259-4944 will allow you to make a payment on your balance. There is a small convenience fee for this payment method.
- Logging into your account online (www.utilitiesinfo.com): You can make payments with either a credit/debit card or by entering your bank account information to make an EFT payment. There is a small convenience fee for this payment method.
- Sending a check or money order, or using your bank's Bill Pay system: Checks, Money Orders or Bill Pay payments can be sent to PO Box 1530, Hemet, CA 92546.
You can easily check your balance, your payment history and set up your preferred payment on your online account.
