Conservice is not a trash provider. However, we can solve most trash related concerns for you!
Since your trash services are held in the name of your management company, it is often difficult to get in touch with the provider about your account issues that are specific to your home. That is where Conservice comes in to help. Once you are logged into your account on www.utilitiesinfo.com you can submit trash requests such as bin orders, missed pickups, bulk pickups, etc… by simply selecting the “View and Create Trash Requests” function on the website. Once your request is submitted, it will be sent to our trash team at Conservice who will be in touch with you about any information regarding your request.
How long will it take for my request to be processed?
The process to get your request resolved involves Conservice needing to get in touch with the trash provider to address your concern. Often the trash providers are handling many other requests so it may take some time for your request to get addressed. As soon as we have any information on your request, it is our trash team’s top priority to contact you about your issue. On www.utilitiesinfo.com you can see the status of your request as we process it. This will allow you to view any updates on your request and track the progress of the resolution.
When should I reach out to my local trash provider?
If it is the first time that your trash has not been picked up, the trash provider may have more information as to why this may have occurred. Sometimes holidays or area-specific weather issues may cause your pickup to be missed. If this occurs, your local provider will have more information and you may contact them directly. However, if your trash is consistently not getting picked up, this is something you would want to submit a request with Conservice for. Once we receive your request, we can get in contact with the trash provider to get the issue resolved on your behalf.
What is my trash or recycling pick-up day?
Your trash and recycling pickup days can be found on www.utilitiesinfo.com under “Trash Info”.
How to Submit a Trash Request from your online portal:
Note: There are some areas where the trash hauler bills for their services through local taxes. These services are paid by the homeowner, and those costs may be passed through to you. If this is the case, Conservice can still contact the trash hauler for trash inquiries, ordering bins, or scheduling bulk pickups. However, any billing questions would need to be sent to your landlord.
